Brandon Trust offers employment training services and opportunities to adults with learning disabilities by providing work skills and experience that aims to support people with learning disabilities and autism into paid employment.

Fired Up Ceramics

Fired Up is a ceramics studio where people learn the craft of ceramics, as well as transferable skills for the workplace including team work, sequencing tasks, self-presentation, time keeping, and appropriate communication.

Park Cafe

Park Cafe is a working cafe offering an employment training service to people with learning disabilities and autism.

Trainees attending Park Cafe gain work skills and experience that aims to support them into employment.

Elm Tree Farm

Tucked away on a 47-acre site in Stapleton, Elm Tree Farm provides vocational training through a range of horticultural activities and animal husbandry. It has a variety of livestock including cattle, horses, pigs, goats, and fowl, which require essential daily care such as feeding, watering, and cleaning.

There's also a farm shop onsite which sells a wide variety of produce.

Supported Living Services

Brandon Trust also offers supported living services to people with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to choose who they wish to live with, whether independently or with others, and offering help and support to aid independent living.
